"Pickup and ride from airport to hotel was great. I had a return trip scheduled for 05/23.11, I scheduled a return trip for my business manager on 05/22 and paid separately for this. The service canceled my personal return trip on 05/23/11 and failed to pick me up at the hotel. Had to take a taxi. (Despite double checking with them that they had my reservation confirmed. Their explanation: "The computer saw a hotel pickup on05/22/11 and assumed it was my return trip."
Limo Service Response:
"We were sincerely sorry for this mix-up - it was a mistake that will not happen again - when clients book through Limos.com any changes also need to be made through Limos.com. Unfortunately, this wasn't done in this case so the date got changed back to match the date of the booking placed on Limos.com. We were very, very sorry we missed the ride."

"Great service! My flight was delayed getting into the airport. Upon landing 30 minutes after our expected arrival time, I turned on my cell phone and the driver, Rosie, had left messages for me every 10 minutes telling me that she was still waiting for us. After getting bags and waiting for a wheelchair for other passenger, we got into the limo 45-minutes after when we were supposed to. The car Lincoln town car is a little older, but it was clean, the driver was professional and courteous, and it was an overall excellent experience. I'm using them again to go to the airport this week."

"Everything was great except for the driver. She was friendly and dressed fine but arrived unprepared. She had to go purchase soda, ice and water. Also we had to stop for gas on they way home. She got lost and took 45 minutes to arrive at our first destination when it should have taken less than 15 minutes. However she did credit us with 20 extra minutes. "
