"The representative who answers the phone for purposes of dispatch and reservations is HORRIBLE. First, he was rude. Second, he was inaccurate in the information he quoted. Finally, he booked the wrong date for pick-up at the airport and then proceeded to blame me. He mixed up my drop-off date with my pick-up date. He would not let me get a word in edgewise and said I was a "pain in the neck". I will never use this company and would never recommend them."
Limo Service Response: "First she did her booking online on our system if she made a mistake on scheduling we could not help her. we kept trying to help her but she had a very vulger mouth called us names . actualy we would not need a busines like that where our staff will be abused verbally and yes when some one is abusive to us we will tell them not to call us and go somewhere else. we always look for new busines but also we do not want to be disrespected we have a great working atmosphere abd we do not promote abusive languages"

"I received a quote via email which explicitly stated Round Trip, with an acceptable fare. Based on this quote, I booked a trip via their web site. The fares given per segment were consistent with the round trip quote. After the trip, I was charged the round trip quoted fare for each way. The owner was rude and hostile to me on the phone when I questioned this, even though he was contradicting himself. Beware! There is a clear email trail to support my position, but the owner immediately accused me of 'trying to pull something'. Very unprofessional."
Limo Service Response: "We Picked Mr Fulgham From his Home In N. Salem and we Took Him to JFK the Charge Was 131 all inclusive . Each and that what we quoted him. He claims that the charge should be 65.20 dollars to include evrything for the ride .He got mad and told me to shutup becuause he knows there is no waythe charge willbe 65 all inclusive"

"They were early as their ad said, the driver was gracious, the billing/paying process was simple & uncomplicated, and there were NO hidden costs as with many car services. "

"30-60 minutes late; everything else (car, ride, price) were fine. I hired Hospitality to pick up my sister at JFK after a 10 hour int'l flight, and they assured me they would be there. I called 6 hours before arrival to let them know that the plane was 20 mins early (although they promised to track the flight). Unfortunately, the driver rushed in about 25-30 minutes after my sister exited the customs area (and about 1 hr after the plane landed). running and pulling the sign out of his pocket. Throughout this half hour, the dispatcher (courteous and professional) assured me twice that the driver was there, but was not finding my sister. They had her cell phone number, as well as mine - but did not contact either of us until I called the company. "
Limo Service Response: "Client was coming interantional we waited for them in lobby no one called us so we assumed they were in customs. When client called saying my guest are looking for the driver we located and we send the driver to the ground transportation where they were standing which is on the other side of the lobby. "
