"I DO NOT recommend this company to any one looking for a limo. We were trying to book a limo for our wedding and found a reasonable price through Limos.com. The site was quoting a price that was set by Gold Star, but when we booked for that price we received an email stating that they wanted more than double the price quoted online. When we called to inquire about the email, the company lied and said they had never received our reservation but had emailed us with HIGHER prices. We had to call Limos.com, and when they called Gold Star refused to honor their online price. It was extremely sketchy. They had horrible customer service and were very rude to us. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. We booked with Hire Quality Limos in Fallston and they were much nicer with REASONABLE prices."
Limo Service Response: "The Customer booked with Limos.com without checking with us. The date she booked was May 15 at 5PM for a Wedding. I told the Customer that was PROM Season and I could not take her reservation for less then 6 hours and I would do that for 640.00. Proms start at 750.00. You can't make everybody Happy and some people just don't understand Business is Biusiness if she was I my place maybe she would understand or maybe she wouldn't. Sorry I just follow the rules so I can keep my job....."

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They charged me more than they told me, and when I cancelled, they said it would be $125 for doing so. I was okay with that, but then they charged me $225! They never gave me an invoice either. They are not professional enough. Do yourself a favor, and book elsewhere. This is a waste of time and money. I probably won't be able to get the $100 back, but I'd rather let everyone know not to book with this company. They should charge only what they say, which they didn't."
Limo Service Response: "The customer booked with us 2 weeks before the pickup date for a PROM,then cancled day of. Our policy is NO REFUNDS 24 to 48 hours of the rental date. We gave her back all but 225.00. Can't make everybody happy !!!!!! Don't take a booking from SHELA A. MATHEW..."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a limo company and a limo driver - and it was on my wedding. Don't use Goldstar Limo!!! The driver was a completley rude - didn't even open the door for us and refused to do the second pickup to get the guys to the church because he thought it wasn't in the contract even though the company had agreed to do it. After arguing with him for quite a while he agreed to finally pick them up. Which made both the woman and the men later for our pictures. Later he tells me that he had stapled that information to another job he had and offered no appology. The guy looked like an ex-con and was smoking the whole time. Complete jerk. I emailed the owner my concerns and he told me that the driver is a big boy and can smoke whenever he wants as long as it isn't in his limo. The whole company is horrible. "
Limo Service Response: "The company was sold and I bought it 8 months ago. So don't hold what a past company or driver had or had not done. Thank you: "

"We had the GREATEST time. The Limo was Clean the Driver was very helpful. And I will for sure us GoldStar Limousine again !!!!"
Limo Service Response: "The Smith party called to tell me that they had a GREAT time. We always try and make very sure our customer's have a time to remember. I also told her that we would give her 15% off her next event with us. Thank you Ms. Smith."
