"Had difficulty hooking up with the driver at the airport. Should have met him at baggage claim. Was disappointed to see a $15 wait charge added as we were outside waiting for 20+ min. Until the driver found us.
very courteous ,his car clean, offered us water and candy. On return to airport had same driver, we changed our pickup location and everything went smoothly . Dispatch is good too. I like this company and will use them again. Good job!"
