"Do not use this company!! Do not give them your money. Worst experience ever had with a limo company. I wish I read the Yelp reviews before I went with Five Star Limousine because they burned my group in the same way as the other parties. Immediately after signing and paying for 12 hours of service things got weird. Our driver informed us they were double booked and wanted to use our limo to take a wedding party home during our service he said it would only take a hour, and they would supposedly add that time to the end of our service, I wanted nothing to do with this as we already had a schedule and this was not going to work for our schedule. I told the driver no. He proceeded to put me on the phone with the owner of the company who proceeded to raise his voice and was arguing with me. It was his way or the highway literally, I finally caved in, simply because he was at this point ruining my day, and I was not going to spend it getting yelled at by a service provider I was paying for. When we got to our final destination for the night we were burnt and wanted to go home at this point we still had 2+ hours of service left. Thats when he informed us that he would not be gone an hour the wedding party was far away it would be 2-1/2 + hours, rolled up the window in my face and peeled out with our bags in the trunk. We were left stranded on the side of the road till midnight while a wedding group used up our time. The time we were promised that would be added to our time was never applied to us. To top it of our driver told me to "take it up with the owner". The company would not answer or return my calls. When I finally got ahold of the company to complain about our service the owner proceeded to un leash his temper, raised his voice and yelled at me calling me "Ridiculous" and a "Piece of S***!", wow!! Never use these guys! Stay away."
