I'll just preface my remarks with a headline: "Luis Makes Good On His Word" Although I experienced a rough bump in my initial business with you, I have to admit that you were extremely gracious to make up for the trouble and for that I am very grateful. I will definitely be using your services when I am back in Jacksonville (which will be in about 2 weeks time). Although I live in NYC, I also have a home in Atlantic Beach that I use fairly frequently. So I count on reliable transportation from and to the airport during my visits. I can't say I have always received reliable service from any limousine company in Jacksonville, and actually found the most reliable to actually be Gator City Taxi (although I am frightened to ride in their vehicles).
