"We booked a Wine Tour for Sat Dec 17th and had been using ANOTHER company for 5 years, but decided to change this year. Mainly because the woman on the phone wasn't very nice, even after using them for multiple years. Anyway we founf Finger Lakes Limousine & Coach and your bus and driver were Fantastic!! We had such a great time. The bushad so much roomand the driver was very nice. He helped us keep moving along and even recommended additional places for us to stop. He Larry was so nice. It really made the trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks again, We'll be back again next year and hopefully Larry will be available again :0)"
"I had the worst experience ever with this company. Words cannot express the lies, poor customer service and deceit that occurred. I was a part of a 37 person group (moms and dancers) that used this company for a trip to NYC to see the Rokettes. We were supposed to leave Bryant Park at 8pm for our ride home. We were told for almost two hours that the bus was "stuck in traffic." We later found out that at 7:30pm the bus was actually pulled over by the DOT. After several hours were were informed that the bus driver was ticketed, and was not allowed to drive the bus. We attempted to come up with solutions with the bus company (i.e purchasing greyhound tickets, putting us up in a hotel, etc). At 11:15 ish we were told that in 20 minutes there would be another driver to take us home. However, when that other driver got there, we realized that we were not going home. The second driver drove us to a truck stop in New Jersey. We were now stuck at midnight in a truck stop (not a place that your 10 yo child should be) in New Jersey! The bus company would not come up with a reasonable plan to get us home. We finally had to call the NJ State Police. After police intervention @ 3 am we finally left the truck stop. I believe that if we had not involved law enforcement we would have been stranded until the following day. To further add insult to injury, at no point have we even received an apology from this company. I would caution someone from ever using their services."
"Awesome time on Seneca wine tour with our limo. Our limo driver Dave was the best! Arrived promptly, acted professionally, yet was very fun and accomodating! This was for a girls' weekend- will go back in the fall!"
