"We booked a Wine Tour for Sat Dec 17th and had been using ANOTHER company for 5 years, but decided to change this year. Mainly because the woman on the phone wasn't very nice, even after using them for multiple years. Anyway we founf Finger Lakes Limousine & Coach and your bus and driver were Fantastic!! We had such a great time. The bushad so much roomand the driver was very nice. He helped us keep moving along and even recommended additional places for us to stop. He Larry was so nice. It really made the trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks again, We'll be back again next year and hopefully Larry will be available again :0)"

"I had the worst experience ever with this company. Words cannot express the lies, poor customer service and deceit that occurred. I was a part of a 37 person group (moms and dancers) that used this company for a trip to NYC to see the Rokettes. We were supposed to leave Bryant Park at 8pm for our ride home. We were told for almost two hours that the bus was "stuck in traffic." We later found out that at 7:30pm the bus was actually pulled over by the DOT. After several hours were were informed that the bus driver was ticketed, and was not allowed to drive the bus. We attempted to come up with solutions with the bus company (i.e purchasing greyhound tickets, putting us up in a hotel, etc). At 11:15 ish we were told that in 20 minutes there would be another driver to take us home. However, when that other driver got there, we realized that we were not going home. The second driver drove us to a truck stop in New Jersey. We were now stuck at midnight in a truck stop (not a place that your 10 yo child should be) in New Jersey! The bus company would not come up with a reasonable plan to get us home. We finally had to call the NJ State Police. After police intervention @ 3 am we finally left the truck stop. I believe that if we had not involved law enforcement we would have been stranded until the following day. To further add insult to injury, at no point have we even received an apology from this company. I would caution someone from ever using their services."
Limo Service Response: "The one nice thing about America is freedom of speech, however when one tells their side of a story it should contain the truth: at 7:30p the driver was just getting started to pick you up for an 8:00p p/u, he proceeded down 42nd street towards your location and was then told to proceed to 8th avenue for a manditory dot inspection which involved about 25 other randomlly picked buses. At 8:49 pm is the first call we received from your group leader asking where the bus was and at that time he had already spoke to that person about being stuck in traffic which was caused by this bus inspection consisting of about 20 buses, at 9:15 we then spoke to your group leader and had you proceed to the area the bus was in, and at that time we were advised by the authorities that your group was beng very demanding with them, The driver did at 10:10p receive a ticket for missing an off duty sheet in his log from 4 days prior to this transport, his log for the days of travel to included the day before was legel and we don't operate any other way, We would have been ok with a fine for the mistake, but it was clear that the driver was well within his limits to drive, but the NYCDOT decised to involve the safety of 36 women and children. We hired a driver from NJ to complete the trip back to the destination, however when the driver started to drive he elected to go to the nearest travel stop and did not want to finish trip because he stated the group was unrully and threatening to charge people for kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child, and he chose not to be a part of that as he was doing us a favor. The Troopers that arrived at your request where there 10 minutes and determined no issues and talked the NJ driver into driving half way to meet our driver. We are very sorry you experience such a terrible day, but in any phone conversations we have had about this has been nothing but yelling and threats for your end of the phone. We would love to offer you a free trip to NYC, but our gut tells us that you will not except it, but if that is not correct, please take us up on that offer. We are going on Public Record with the NYC DOT that the situation could have been handled much better and determined that the driver was within legel limits to drive and get you home as we should and we would have excepted the ticket for a missing 4 day prior off duty slip and learned a valuable lesson, instead they chose to take unsafe steps for your group. Unfortunatley people with power don't use good or safe judgement. Lesson well learned and it will not happen again."
