How much does the Limos.com program cost?
We bill your account only US $0.99 (99 cents) for each lead sent to your business. The lead information contains all the customer and ride information you need to answer customer questions and make a booking. Duplicate leads from the same customers, where we identify incorrect customer contact information or leads which are fake are not charged to your account. Please report all such leads to us within 30 days at operatorsupport@limos.com so we can evaluate a credit to your account.
What is defined as a "lead"?
A lead will contain a customer's name, contact information (phone number, or email address) and detailed information. Leads are sent out to in an email format to your company when an end user visits our site and requests limo service in your area. You are not charged for duplicates, or bad email addresses.
How does your lead-targeting system work?
Limos.com sends the most qualified leads in the industry - for only the type of business you want to receive. We target customer booking opportunities to your limousine service based on the exact specifications you provide to us. We allow you to define your specific service area and service types (e.g. Wedding, Concerts). We then match customers based on the types of vehicles you have, their passenger capacities, your specific pricing details, and even vehicle schedules. At Limos.com, you receive exact lead matches so you can close the booking quickly and efficiently.
How does Limos.com market & promote our service?
We promote your business in multiple areas on our site, plus we are partnered with hundreds of other relevant affiliate sites. We market your business to customers when they search for service meeting your criteria, we also host a detailed Profile page dedicated to your business, place you within our online directory, plus offer you the ability to participate in many other programs we run through out the site.
How do I know Limos.com will work for my business?
Limos.com gets more customer traffic than any other limousine related website. We allow you to build your business profile to only target leads in your service area, for services you provide on dates you are available. You will be able to track your exact ROI for each every dollar spent in the program.
Are there any long-term committments or contracts?
You may cancel from our service at anytime. No annual fees, no account activation charges, no minimum billing or term commitments or other "lock-in" rules apply. If you cancel your account and have positive account balance with us, we will refund any unused account funds within 30 days by check or credit card.
How does Limos.com send price quotes for my company?
You provide to us your rates, service types and vehicles using Ground Control, our state of the art account management platform.
Our stretch limousine is a 10 passenger vehicle. Can this be configured?
Absolutely. You can set maximum passenger capacity for each vehicle you operate in Ground Control. This ensures you receives leads which match BOTH the vehicle and passenger requirements. Why pay for clicks and leads when your vehicle can't hold the client's passenger's requirements? At Limos.com, every lead is qualified.
Can I set minimum service hours?
Yes. Our account management center allows you to configure minimum hours for BOTH vehicles and services. Again, this ensures that you receive leads which match your EXACT requirements! You can also designate certain vehicles for certain service types.
Can I schedule limos so they appear only when available?
Yes. Our system allows you to block-out entire dates and even schedule vehicles within each date. For example, you can specify that your Stretch Excursion is available from 8am - 5pm on March 29th, but booked from 5pm to 12am. Again, this ensures you receive lead opportunities that you can effectively service so your vehicles stay on the road, while maximizing efficiency! You also can schedule Blackout Dates on days which you want your advertisement to be invisible.
