"Perfect ride, the driver was on time but I paid the amount in cash and they charged my credit card"

"Exceptionally Bad Limousine! I was very underwhelmed by this company. I give it 2 stars rather than one since they actually did deliver me to my destination. But, it would have been a much better experience and cheaper if I had simply taken a taxi. First, I called in the day before my trip in order to give the driver my cell phone number. The person who answered the phone said they had no idea if I had a reservation, and that they did not even take reservations over Limos.com. Eventually, he did forward me over to another person who actually knew what they were talking about and found my reservation. The driver did pick me up at the airport (as instructed). Not that it was a big deal to me, but he was wearing ripped jeans and a Steeler's jacket - not the most professional. Next, the H3 Hummer that I had chosen was extremely dirty. It clearly had not been vacuumed out any time recently, and there was a full candy bar wrapper on the seat. Finally, the vehicle smelled horrible. I don't know if it was the car or the driver, but there was a very bad odor for the entire drive to our hotel. I would definitely NOT recommend this company, and suggest you look elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the lower price - it is not worth it! "
