"Brian, the driver was excellent! Met at the exact time and place as expected. He had an exceptional attitude and went way beyond expectations even for a midnight limo ride. The limousine booked I guess had some mechanical issues but Emerald Limousine fixed it immediately so it did not affect the time of arrival for the limo to pick us up. They just upgraded us to a party bus instead of a regular limo. Great customer service! I would give more than five stars if possible. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks!"

"Used this company last night to got to / from the Ron White show in Beaumont. Driver arrived in plenty of time and called to say was on standby for us any time we were ready. Our driver, Lamont, was very courteous and attentive. We stayed after the show for a meet and greet with Ron White and were some of the last to leave the theater and when we walked out Lamont had the car waiting at the curb. Lamont took good care of us the rest of the evening as we went from bar to bar and got us back to our hotel safe and sound. The equipment was clean and in good shape. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. We will use them again and recommend them to our friends."

"I want to take a moment and praise Emerald limo service for the great service i received,starting with the first time i contacted Patricia for a quote to the moment i was dropped off at my home by James,our driver.He was on time and very nice,held the door for us and was prompt when we were ready to move. The price was so low i though i was stealing,lol. James knew his way around town to our restaurant and was able to get us in VIP style at Drink Houston. We had a blast the hole way there and back. we will be using their services again,owe and i forgot about the limo we were in,i never seen one like it, it was very flashy,very clean and stylish,we felt like movie stars pulling up at drink houston!!
