"Disregard my vehicle condition and chauffer quality ratings as I ultimately did not use Elvis Limo for my wedding. The reason I did not came down to their customer service, or lack of it.<br> <br> I had called to get a quote on a party bus (21-person shuttle) and got a price that sounded wrong. The person I spoke to (Lisa) went over her numbers and gave me a price that sounded more like what my numbers added up to. Yet she didn't book my reservation and said she (or someone) would call back with the quote.<br> <br> When nobody called me back after two days, I called in again. I talked to someone who seemingly had no idea what prices corresponded to what cars (even though they put much of the info on their website). This man just wanted to get me off the phone without giving me a price, and said I should call back to talk to the owner.<br> <br> I did call back, talked to someone else who decided to send me a quote via e-mail. The numbers again came back not adding up to what I thought they would, so I sent a reply asking how they generated the quote they gave me. Instead I got this e-mail in reply:<br> <br> "We have NOT incressed our Rates in the past 3 years. I have attached a Letter that i had wrote for the Limo Digest Monthly News letter Take a look at it and if you have any other Concerns Please give me a call back."<br> <br> ...and this letter that explained nothing attached to the e-mail:<br> <br> "Quality or Price <br> Most people wouldn’t hire the cheapest surgeon, or stay at the cheapest hotel, yet many consumers shop for a limousine service in this fashion.<br> <br> The biggest mistake you could make when hiring a limousine service is basing your decision solely on the “best price”. Such translates into a large risk for you. Do you want to accept the risk?<br> <br> Risks you accept when shopping for the “best price”<br> <br> Your limousine does not show up. Your miss you concert.<br> <br> Your limousine is late. You miss your flight.<br> <br> A 1987 model limousine rusting at the seams arrives at your door when you were expecting a 2002 model. Instead of being lavished in luxury, you are embarrassed.<br> <br> Your limousine chauffeur exercises poor customer service with your company’s most influential client and stinks of smoke. You loose the account.<br> <br> Your limousine breaks down on the freeway during transport to the Super Bowl. You and 7 of your friends missed the big game—yet, you saved $35 <br> <br> Your limousine service gets into an accident and does not has proper insurance to cover the damages involved in your injuries.<br> <br> Your limousine shows up late for your wedding. The groom doesn’t get to the church until one hour later amongst bewildered and disgruntled guest. You saved $50."<br> <br> I ultimately chose a limo company that answered all my questions directly (before I had a chance to ask them) and gave me a reasonable quote up front without all the shenanigans."

"Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for the recent limo service. We had a party bus pick us up from Aurora take us to the white sox game and then pick us up after and take us back to Aurora. The driver was early to the hotel and early picking us up from the game. The party bus was the perfect size, and the driver even stopped for us to pick up a few more drinks for our buddies bachelors party. We couldn't have asked for anything more. "I contact Elvis Limousine for a quote for roundtrip to the airport. I gave them the address where I would like to be picked up and the time. They quoted me a price and when I went to confirm the reservation they more than doubled the price. What a scam!!"
Limo Service Response: "WE NEVER provided service for this Customer, She may have got a instant QUOTE for $75 and once she call to book they relized she was outta the service area, NOT our Fault when you shop CHEEP you Get CHEEP Service"
