"Elite limos is not for me. when i first came into contact they seemed like very professional people. they called me within 5 minutes of the email i sent then it was all down hill never pay up front. these scam artist stated to me when i called that i would be paying 400 dollars plus gratuity which was a total of $480 to which i did at the beginning of the service we were also promised by the phone receptionist that from 8 to 10 we would not be able to drive around from 8 to 1030 which was okay but they also stated that at about 1030 they would be available to pick us up and either take us from club to club or even just drive around after all they received plenty of gas money but when that time came around the driver was no were to be found nor would they answer the office phones or drivers cell phones. This so called company left us stranded 40 to 50 miles away from our homes and our only last resort was to call a cab to pay another $90 to get us home there fore i would strongly advise any and everyone to stay away from elite in fact their the farthest thing from elite all the windows didn't even roll down and it was missing a mirror inside in my opinion the worst possible company ive ever used not to mention the drivers seemed to try and boss you around simply rude just rude. "received a good quote from limos.com. everything was downhill from there. spoke to the owner who promised champagne and beers- none provided. tv screens on limo not working. no ipod connection despite assurance that it will be there. service average. that is just the beginning. after the service date, i got double charged. i contacted the owner, who on several occasions promised a refund, however, 3 weeks later, still none. i have written the owner and made several call attempts, with no response. this is the most unprofessional company i have worked with, and recommed you exercise caution prior to booking with the company. do not believe anything they promise you, and do not give them your credit card information."
