"My rating is Zero. Made online reservation for East Bay residence pick up to OAK for Sunday morning flight. No one came at appointed time. Called Elite. Unaware of order. Did not even say "sorry". Called Elite Manager after trip. He said he would investigate. I called again. No call back. AMEX was billed anyway, with no refund or credit. Had to file claim with AMEX. - I am sure they talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk. Had to get family out of bed early on a Sunday morning, busted my ass getting there, almost missed flight. BAD!"
