"I had a great experience last time I used Elegant arrivals, and couldn't wait to have another event to use their service again. Last time I booked my driver was Ken and he was superb! I am sure all Elegant arrival drivers are great but he really topped the night off. I had the excurcsion for a bachelorette party and that was the first time I had ever seen hard wood floors in a limo, me and my friends were all really impressed! Hannah took care of the booking and everything went smoothly. "The driver was ONE HOUR EARLY for the 1st pick up, which made our guests very nervous because they were "keeping the driver waiting" and they live in a gated community with narrow streets, and the limo was on one of those streets for an hour. They boarded at 5:15, the exact pickup time and THEN THE DRIVER STOPPED AT PUBLIX, on MY time, to buy a bottle of something that had no relation to champagne, which was to be in the limo. It was a sweet, lousy concoction and nobody drank it. Then he GETS LOST coming to our place, NEXT DOOR TO THE WESTIN DIPLOMAT HOTEL on A1A Ocean Drive. How can someone get lost going to the ocean??? Plus, HE MISSES the turn into our place, passes the hotel and then has to make a U-turn on AIA which took him 10 MINUTES to do, because he went to the intersection with Hallandale Beach Blvd instead of making the U-turn using the hotel's driveway! This entire time, my husband is on the phone with him guiding him. We lost 30 MINUTES OF OUR TIME guiding him, plus the time he used for Publix. Why did he not have champagne? Why did he sit ONE HOUR outside someone's home and THEN go to Publix? We finally leave 45 minutes behind schedule which made us forfeit taking a walk on the beach before dinner, had to go straight to the restaurant, also on A1A on South Beach. He told my husband that if we ran over our time it would be ok because of HIS mistakes. When we finished dinner, he wanted US to walk 2 blocks to where HE was!!! We refused and made him pick us up exactly where he dropped us off, in front of the restaurant. At that time, he started negotiating with us as to how much he was going to charge extra for taking both parties home. We told him to forget about it and we ended up having to drive our guests home ourselves. Then he had to use the GPS to drive from South Beach to Hollywood Beach, where all you do is follow ONE ROAD A1A due north! This guy is a mess. AND WE HAD TO TIP HIM $60 FOR THIS DISASTER!!! We did not get the chance to walk or drive around South Beach neither before nor after dinner, so he ruined all our plans and we HAD to tip him. Short of refunding half our money, do not bother to send us a certificate for our next limo because it will NOT be with your company! And you are requesting a review 3 WEEKS later, instead of contacting your customers immediately!"

"My family came down to visit south Florida in October. We wanted to take them to all of the fun and exciting locations, but we didn't want to take two cars. We called up Elegant Arrivals at 11 am on Saturday and had our awesome party bus limo by 9 pm the same day! They were the most affordable and largest vehicle we could find! There were complementary drinks and more than enough room for all of us to spread out. My mother really enjoyed the party bus because of it's easy access and not having to crouch to get into.
