The driver, Flo (nickname, I believe his given name was Florian), was extremely polite and professional, allowing me extra time to search for a misplaced item in my luggage while a very cold and nasty wind was whipping us both. He waited alongside me, not in the car and was quietly professional in his patience and care. Once we were on the road he did not spend any time on a phone while driving or being distracted in any way. I felt completely safe during the hour-plus ride, and was immensely pleased to be delivered to my destination in less time than estimated. I highly recommend Echo and will be using them for future needs whenever I'm in the greater Chicago area. It goes without saying that they were on time and called my cell to alert the car was at my pick-up location. The car was immaculate and there were two bottles of water that were very much appreciated. Due to the cold wind Flo offered to heat the interior of the car until I was comfortable. Though personable he didn't impose conversation, as it was clear that I was very tired and wanted to rest. He was an 11 on a scale of 10 in his care of me."
