"The car was not what I reserved, no water, no wifi, no iPod connection. The driver didn't pay attention to the information and took me to a wrong hotel (a different Westin). Even though everything was prepaid, the driver asked me to sign a $65 credit card slip because he 'needed to provide proof to the company that he picked me up.' This is unacceptable."
