"Very dissapointing experience. The dispatch said they don't ever look at the flight info provided, and my flight was early (the driver was a few minutes late anyway). And after I explained my dissappointment, he called me back a few minutes later to tell me I was wrong. The driver, although very nice, was programming my address into his phone while driving, after he picked me up. I travel 4 days a week and take car services in many cities. This was the worst. It was essentially a taxi ride. And, they called me at 6 am the next morning. I didnt answer."
