"I had an extremely bittersweet experience with Curbside. I want to start off by saying that I do not want to leave bad comments on a business of this nature. Particularly, during economic downtime for any business. First, I will say what they did good. They did take time to find a company that would accommodate me and send a car for me and my guests. But my overall experience was very mediocre. I called two days before to confirm my reservation, and they told me that everything was fine and set to go. i called the day before to ask a question, and they still said all systems go. However, the morning of the day for my reservation, they call me sayign they had a "special needs pickup" at 10:00 PM from the Sprint Center Reba Mcintyre Concert and that they may be slightly late. They said if they were, they would make it up to me and let me and my guests ride longer. I said fine to this. Around 7PM that evening, I get another call asking me what exactly I wasnted to do: drop off and pickup or just ride around with friends. I told them that those directions were made in the initial reservation. They told me that there was some rodeo at the Sprint Center that had held up the timely start of the Reba concert, and that the party they were to pick up in the car before after the Reba concert would probably not be ready to leave until around midnight, and that this was going to make my reservation impossible. They told me that they woudl try their best. However about 45 minutes or an hour later, they called saying that they were sorry but they would not be able to accommodate me because of the client they were to pick up from the Sprint Center, and that they would even have to take that client to small claims court because it was making them lose business. They called another company and got them to accommodate me. However, I had already paid about $60.00 of non-refundable money+ torwards my reservation with Curbside. The new company charged me a fuel suercharge, and put me over-budget for this event. Luckily they understood and waived SOME of the charges. But, I really was not prepared to have to pay more than the $225.00 that LIMOS.com has stated i would owe Curbside. So, Curbside has aroudn $60.00 that I willl probably never see again. "

Asked for a quick tour of city's bright spots and Limo driver took me and my date to ALL of the spots in the city for an awesome ride. Would reccomend to anyone. Was also very affordable. Made me want to give a big tip because he earned it."
