"Absolutely disappointing and have never been treated like this from a company. Ever. Group of kids waiting on Cadillac escalade limo for their high school prom and an old party bus drives up. The driver informed us we had received "an upgrade"!!!! He had contract for the escalade. The bus has a pole in middle and black curtains. Instead of taking prom pictures we dealt with this for an hour trying to get resolution. They informed us that they would switch out bus for Hummert limo at restaurant. We drove there to get pictures of the kids and it did not happen so our kids were disappointed TWICE on their prom night. No one apologized and no mention of refund. Sad this is what we have dealt with on our daughter's prom night. Will never ever use this company again and hope to spare other parents this absolute disappointment of a night for the many kids and parents. Disgusted and disappointed that a company would allow this to happen. "
