"Frank was very friendly in helping me plan my girlfriend’s birthday. He allowed me to switch vehicles when our party size grew a few days before our date. We booked an Infiniti which was cheaper than the Escalade, but the Escalade showed up anyway. It was very clean and nice and the driver came an hour early. He dropped us off right in front of the club and was there at the time when we needed him. With Frank's prices being the cheapest on here and great service, I would recommend him to any of my friends."

"Cosmopolitan Coach took a wonderful night and turned it into a MAGICAL night!!! We planned a surprise 65th birthday party for my mother, and Cosmopolitan Coach was in on the surprise. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, to make sure that we would get to the restaurant on time, but called on my cell to alert me to his early arrival. My mother was surprised! As we were whisked off into the night, my mother was questioning the other stops along the way (to pick up Mom's closest friends), but the driver knew that they were surprises and didn't tell her. We were given white-glove treatment every step of the way, including a bottle of champagne (Mom's favorite)! At all times, the driver was courteous and respectful, and his demeanor was a perfect finishing touch to the atmosphere we were creating that evening! The limo was beautifully polished and everything was so clean! After dinner, the driver returned everyone to their respective houses, and we were home by midnight (just as in the Cinderella tale). Similar to Cinderella, we left something behind. Unfortunately, my husband's cell phone slipped out of his pocket, and we didn't realize it until after the driver had dropped us off. Frank DeLuca overnighted the cell phone to us, and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. Satisfied would be an understatement. My mother had the time of her life! You all know, when Mom's happy, we're all happy!!! Frank, thank you for a magical evening that Mom will never forget! Cosmopolitan Coach is the only way to go when you need a limo!!!!!"
