"FYI… I just got a call from client Heather Yard. She booked her wedding last Saturday. TLC chauffeured approximately 20 guests from the Citizen Hotel to the Capitol Rose Garden and then on to Ambrosia Café for the reception. Ms. Yard was so very pleased with the service that TLC provided that she apologized for not calling sooner and not tipping him more. I thanked her for calling us and letting us know about her experience and assured her that I would pass her comments on. She said that she would be glad to refer anyone to us! "

"I made my reservation completely online as a first-time customer, months in advance of my flight. I was pleasantly surprised to find the driver came early and patiently waited outside the vehicle for me to come out. No horn honking, and no knocking at the door. He also parked exactly where I specified in the reservation notes. He was very polite, courteous and nicely dressed. The ride was pleasant and relaxing with easy driving and refreshments provided. The payment process was very smooth and take care of at the beginning of the ride. Once I arrived at the airport I simply exited the vehicle and was on my way. I won't ever take a taxi or shuttle to the airport again! Thanks CTS! =)"
