"Provide the vehicle requested, a limo. The driver showed up with a Ford Expedition for 8 Adult passengers, unacceptable. Arrived late, I was then late for my wedding and didn't even use the limo to get to the church, I had to take a TAXI! This then caused an entire delay for my wedding and I missed a whole hour of my wedding. Terrible service."
