"Our driver Yuri was great, arrived on time and did a great job. I give the experience only four stars since we booked through Limos.com and there was no mention of an additional mileage fee of $72."

I like to explain why no mentioning of that charge - you made a reservation using Limos.com who are brokers and we are service provider working with Limos.com.Some rules being apply by them but once we provide service client signing our contract agreement and we do have some fees listed there. It is a bit confusing when you reserve limo through Limos.com because clients usually think they are service providers when in fact there is 100's companies on contract with them who are actual service providers. Our mistake is that we forgot to email you our contract before service was provided. If you need a service in the future please feel free to contact us directly and we will provide you with extra discount - I personally want our clients to be 100% satisfied. Thank you"

"I am an old school in transportation and was always using a taxi or Blue shuttle to get to and from the airport. This last time I have decided to use a limousine service. I was amazed with the price I got. It was not any more expensive than a shuttle and the service I received made me switch to using limos only (clean luxury vehicle and courteous driver).
