"While in Florida on vacation we used Cloud 9 Limousine. We were more than pleased, but not surprised considering Richard runs the place. I e-mailed a couple of weeks early and Richard set us up with his services and helped coordinate another limo service to the Port of Miami. This was due to licensing (which he probably now has). Richard stayed in touch and even checked on the other service several times to make sure I was happy with them and they were treating me right. By the way, my flight came in around midnight and we had to leave at 4am, never even checked on Richard because he stayed in touch so well. If you go to South Florida use Cloud 9, Richard will make sure you are completely satisfied and give you awesome service. He's a great guy and we highly recommend his services."

"Excellent Service. Very professional, polite, on time, awesome voice (my daughter asked me to write this in the review). Firm on the rules and behavior of the kids inside the car (a big plus for us parents) yet the way he did this did not spoil the kids fun in any way, quite the contrary, they had a very good time (which is what compelled me to write the review). It was nice to receive such a good quality service. It was also the lowest priced limo service in the area (almost by half) so I say it was a real bargain worth every penny. Will definitely use them again (maybe to take my wife out on a special night)."
