"I just placed a review for Classic Coach Limousine and I stated Cranford, NJ. However, I do not know if there is a chain, God forbid, but poor service came from the location of 8 Mountain Ave, Springfield, NJ. "
Limo Service Response: "Customer complaint was not necessary, customer was nickle and dime from the start. CCL provided service door to door, we had arrangements for payment upon arrival, that didn't happen, we then provided service, wife's husbond paid driver in full. Then the following day, customer needed to complain and requested refund saying we owed her 15 minutes for a one hour ride which she only wanted to reserve, and get this, it was a Friday night at 5:00pm. Service was provided, driver was paid by husbond of wife, driver cleaned vehicle on property, then left event and area, then the next day, office gets a call regarding CCL not providing a complete hour of service for a door to door ride for 8 kids attending a Birthday Party Event. QUESTION: WHY DIDN'T CUSTOMER CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE DROPPED OFF KIDS, AND HUSBOND PAID, THAT THEY STILL WANTED VEHICLE TO RIDE AROUND IN CIRCLES FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES, if they would have call, we would have swong the vehicle back for the completion of the 15 minute service which customer claims we still owed her. NO, SHE DECIDED TO STICK IT TOO US AND FIRST TRY TO GET A FULL REFUND, AND WHEN SHE DIDN'T GET SATISFACTION BY THE OWNER, SHE DECIDED TO WRITE HER REVIEW. Please note: CCL was willing to offer 1 hr free on her next ride, which she refused. Sometimes after 20 years of dedicated service, you will never be able to satisfy 100% of those customers. Please don't let this one person effect your decision on a company who provides ON-TIME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, BRAND NEW MODERN VEHICLES, AND COMPLETITIVE RATES. Again, we showed up on time, with a brand new vehicle, provided service, was paid for the service in full, then for some reason, customer needed, write an untrue side of her story."

"This was the worst service I have ever received. DO NOT use this limo service. First of all, they did the old bait and switch tactic, and stated one price on the website and quoted another when I booked the reservation. And even in spite of that, I still reserved business with them. I am only 20 mins away from the destination and I had to rent for at least an hour. I asked to have the driver take the scenic route to use the entire hour and he, John, the owner, said he would make sure the full hour was used. Well, he arrived 30 mins ahead of schedule to the destination and we only used 35 of the 60 mins. He was paid for a full hour and did not give us a full hour. I called to ask why, and John, the owner, was very rude and started arguing with me and would not compensate or explain why we were charged for a full service but did not receive full service. He was willing to give me a free hour for a another time but with a minimum of four hour service. I will never do business with this company again and I will advise everyone to never use Classic Coach Limousine in Cranford, EVER."
Limo Service Response: "Classic Coach Limousine has been providing luxury limousine service for the last 20 years, and this is the first time ever that a customer submitted a review of a complaint for services after they paid the driver upon dropping off the kids at the location of the party. THIS CUSTOMER FROM THE START ONLY NEEDED A ONE HR SERVICE, AND when she was shopping around, she was unsuccessful in finding any other company to provide her with door to door service for her one hour needed at a rate of service which was within her budget. After shopping, client called and made a reservation, so not sure what she's talking about a bate and switch. CCL provided client with a Brand New 2008 Stretch Limousine for her group of 6 or 7 kids. Our vehicle was an 8 passenger stretch. Customer agreeded with the pricing and complete service arrangements along with payment upon arrival, which that didn't happen, driver was told to driver the kids to the hall destination and at that time, would be paid. WELL, DRIVER completed travel and did get paid the amount which was originally agreeded BY HUSBAND OF WIFE WHO MADE ALL OF THE ORIGINAL ARRANGEMENTS, who at the time of the event, wasn't around. Driver drops kids off, and cleans out vehicle for a short period of time directly in front of the hall. Driver then leave property/area. Did we forget to mention, Husband was also given a company business card upon receipt of payment in full for services. Then the next day, both the husband and wife called our office to dispute 15 or 20 minutes which they say we owe them for services which we shorted them the night prior. CCL questioned why our office wasn't call immediately after driver pulled away, that same night, or just simply when the vehicle was still in the immediate area, for those in the group to complete the so called 15/20 minutes which was owed so the kids could ride around the block a few times??? Instead, they waited until the next day, to then try to pressure us in a full refund of services. CCL did try to understand the complaint, and as an owner, we looked to reconcile the differences, but we couldn't come up with a happy outcome for both sides, so that is where the above comments come from. From a customer who was trying to get the best of both worlds from the very beginning. Please note, that CCL has always been true to our words, and as you read above, not all can be completely satisfied, but we do have a track record which if asked, we can provide you with a book load of very satisfied customers who have been with us for years and I'm sure many more years to come. Because, one bad apple will not spoil our dedicated service for those who appreciate our services."

"Classic Coach Limousine is the ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BY FAR!!!! They provided an experience that my daughter would never forget. The driver represented it's company to the fullest; timely, courteous, professional, friendly, and even went beyond the call of duty by showing my daughter scenic views that was not on the itinerary allowing her to feel like a "rock star". A birthday gift that she will never forget. A big THANK YOU to Classic Coach Limousine for an finominal ride! Five stars really isn't enough!!! "
