"Not only did our limo arrive late, but it was not the Lincoln Town car that I booked. I even called and confirmed the reservation the day before and made sure I was getting the white limo. What did they send? A white Hummer limo! Who gets a Hummer limo for their parent's 56th anniversary? Not good! Then, to step inside a HOTTER THAN HADES limo was downright ridiculous! All of the vents were closed and it was only 100+ degrees outside! We were all sweaty messes when we arrived (late, of course) at Del Frisco's for dinner. On the way home, it wasn't much better because the air didn't work right, anyway. We have never gotten a limo before, and really wanted this night to be special for my parents. At least the company was great, but I would not book with this company--I'd rather pay more and get what I expect. "

I was trying to make everything reasonable for them and asked them if they wanted to use the hotel shuttle for $14 and they said no we love having our own car! "On May 24, 2011 I was flying home to Louisville, KY from Houston, TX and had one stop in Dallas, TX. It could of potentially been my worse night of flying I have ever experienced since flying every week for my job in the past 8 years, if it hadn't been for Arun Joseph, owner of Choice Luxury Limosine Service. After ALL flights at the Dallas Airport had been cancelled due to several rounds of severe weather, I was unable to find a hotel near the airport. At 10:30 pm I took a chance and called Arun to see if he just happened to have a driver near the airport, even though severe weather was all around the Dallas Area. Within 5 minutes, he had found a driver for me and I was picked up within 15 minutes and taken to a hotel 25 minutes away from the airport. The next morning he arranged for another driver to pick me up at 5:30 AM so I could catch my NEW flight at 8:00 am the following day. Choice Luxury Limo is the absolutely best car service I have ever used and I use many across the country! All drivers are courteous, prompt, and as you can tell dependable and willing to go well beyond what is ever expected from a car service."
