"I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! On the day of our wedding, the air conditioning was not working in our limo. Our chauffeur was very considerate but when we contacted the company the next day, they were very rude to us on the phone. When we complained that a pregnant bridesmaid suffered a nose bleed because of the heat and her rising blood pressure, they asked us why we didn't give her a ride in another car, even though we had paid for this limo! They were inconsiderate to deal with on the phone and they had unacceptable customer service when the chauffeur informed them that the limo's ac was not working. They also got out party lost for 2 1/2 hours on the way to the rehearsal dinner - which made us have to pay for 2 additional hours on a bar bill. They did NOT stick to any agreement on the contract."
