"Driver was over 30 minutes late to the airport - got us to our important meeting late. Embarrassing and very little apology or recognition of the problem. First time I have ever had any company NOT waiting for me when I get off a plane, let alone end up arriving late to pick me up. Plus I had to call the car company to seemingly even remind them of the ride. I will never use them again, and am hesitant to even book with limos.com again after this experience."
"Limo driver was not there,.I walk around airport asking other drivers. Found him talking to others in middle of baggage terminal. Sd he had waited hr. Lied, I just got off pho and found he took another fare becuz our flight delayed hr. He was rude, no tux, did not open doors, did not bring limo to us, we had to walk to it. limo dirty & empty bottles tossed all over inside. No ice water, or beverage I requested. He drove us to 7Eleven picked up 6 pack beer and water, then drove thru bad section, he finally cut over to strip. Missed more than half the strip ( I paid for ride up whole strip)He got out at hotel only to ask about his tip. The doorman of hotel opened our doors. He said what did you expect when you book thru discount. Do Not Use this Company. We took taxi after and the one from hotel to airport $45.00 got a tip of $45.00..I think driver was nothing but a hustler with a limo. "
"Last night when the driver "Max" met me at the airport, (only after my wheelchair pusher had to go and find him) he disappeared to "speak to another driver he hadn't seen in a while" while my luggage went around twice and the female wheelchair pusher had to pull it off the belt. Then she had to go and find him again.
When I got out to the car, the trunk latch didn't work and he hooked it with a bungee cord, he didn't help me into the car although I am disabled, but the best was yet to come. The air conditioning didn't work and the ambient heat was 89. So, with a heart condition I rode in a limo with no a/c, which gave me a severe headache and left me dizzy by the time we reached my destination.
I did not feel that I should pay a normal rate for services that were not included as they should have been. I complained last night by phone while I was in the car. The man stated that, yes, I should have a credit but he couldn't do it, only Corporate could. I asked to have someone call me this morning but it is past noon and no call as of yet. This is now Saturday afternoon, nearly 48 hours since my ride from Hell. Still no response.
I will not recommend Centennial Transportation and will post on several social web sites my experience with this horrible service. I will wait to hear what you intend to do about this.
"I booked last minute (while I was on the plane to Las Vegas). Called upon landing and they had everything ready to go. Excellent service and a great driver. He actually recommended an executive golf course that a few friends and I played - Desert Willow - fun, quiet and well priced course. Clean car and service that exceeded my expectations. "
"Clean cars, excellent drivers, simple flat rates. Next time I'm in Vegas I'm definitely going to call Centennial for my transport needs. "
"Our driver, Ron, was an excellent host who gave us lost of advice, easy to talk to, and made us feel like high rollers. We ended up calling him 4 times for transport down to Fremont Street from the strip and it was 100x better than wrangling a taxi. Ron also took us around the back routes to show us some of Vegas's interesting lesser known places....much nicer than trying to fight through traffic on the Strip or on the freeway."
