"I paid for the driver to meet us inside as we had a lot of luggage. As we arrived he was no where to be found. We gathered our own luggage and went outside, still no driver. All correspondence that we received said only that he would meet us inside. When I called, I was told he was at carousel 1, we were at 7 with all our luggage. We got to gather and carry it by ourselves and then help the driver load. The driver was nice but the person on the phone was rude. I paid extra for someone to meet us inside, not wait at the opposite end of the terminal for us to come to him so he could not offer to help with the luggage. UGH! It would have been nice if someone would have told me
1. Where the driver would be waiting.
2. Had been ready to help us
3. When I called for help I got great customer service instead of a bad sarcastic attitude.
4. I should be comped the extra fee for in airport service because I received NONE."

"Response to review. The chauffeur was inside the terminal awaiting passenger in the designated Meet and Greet area as designated by the airport. Jacksonville International airport does not allow the chauffeur to handle the passengers luggage while inside the terminal. When the passenger called our office, as I was explaining to her where the chauffeur was standing in the designated meet and greet area. Not sure as to how she came to the expectation that the chauffeur could assist with luggage. This practice is strictly forbidden by airport policy due to the presence of skycaps to assist passenger. Had she requested luggage assistance, we would have gladly hired a skycap to assist her from her specific baggage carousel. We do our very best to work within the policies established by Jacksonville international Airport while also attempting to exceed every clients expectation. Unfortunately in this case, when this client called our office, she was so intent on yelling at me that I could not even offer to send a skycap to her. As soon as I explained the location of the chauffeur meet and greet area, she abruptly terminated the telephone call. Please accept our apology and understand that had you been just a bit patient with us that we could have resolved this issue promptly by simply hiring a skycap to assist you."

"I used BTS LIMO to take my SPECIAL SOMEONE home from work because I was upset with them and didn't want to give in to the disagreement by picking them up from work. I sat at a distance from their place of employment and watched the BTS LIMO Driver work his magic. I was amazed at their professionalism, the promptness of the vehicle arriving and the beautiful vehicle that been chosen to be used. Will I ever use them again? Yes and I'm booking for the holidays this evening. If I had to refer any LIMO company this would be my TOP #1 CHOICE. As Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman to Richard Gere, "Nothing, but the BEST". "First of all I would like to say these guys were amazing!! I Highly recommend BTS Limousine! I was looking really last minute for a Limousine to surprise my Mom for her birthday, I called BTS the day before I needed it and they delivered much more than I expected. They upgraded me from a regular stretch Limo to a STRETCH EXPEDITION LIMO for the same price!! Which was amazingly Beautiful, and super fun since there was only 4 of us. The driver went above and beyond my expectations and got us into a closed store to shop for my moms birthday!!! All together the experience was extremely memorable and I will definitely use them again!"
