"My wife and I were picked up in Queens going to CruisePort in Bayonne. A very clean car with water and magazines arrived precisely on time. The very courteous, friendly and articulate driver retrieved our bags and got us quickly to our destination. We got the same driver on the way back and shared nice conversation about our trip, his family, etc. Minor problem, the driver's seat was tilted way back, but there was enough room. Good job. "

"Not a good experience at all. My friends an I contracted Bridge for service to/from the airport for our recent vacation. With my friends children with us, we thought it would be easier and less stressful not to drive ourselves. We were wrong. The driver was obviously in no shape to be driving. The closer we got to the airport, the drowsier he got. We watched several times as his eyelids slowly closed and he wandered off into another lane. Needless to say we were happy to get there in one piece. When we arrived home from our vacation, we weren't happy to see the same driver greeting us at the airport. However, he seemed alert and awake so we assumed our last experience was just a one time thing. Again, we were wrong. The closer we got to home the worse he got. His eyes started drooping again, he began wandering off into other lanes, and then he actually feel asleep and almost rear ended someone. Luckily, our yelling woke him up just in time to avoid an accident. I would recommend keeping far away from this business. One incident like this is an issue, but twice is a pattern. This driver in particular is obviously overworked and in no condition to be driving on a regular basis."

"Our driver got us safely to the airport on time after NYC had a 10 inch snowfall the night before. Worried about the snow I asked them to pick us up early and they did. They did charge a "snow fee" which would have been reasonable if the weather caused a delay but no delay was incurred."
