"Delightful ! First, a pleasant greeting from a young man who escorted me to the limo. I met up with four geriatric relatives, who simply did not believe that this black stretch limo was truly "ours" ! I very much appreciated it when both the chauffeur and the greeter put my befuddled aunt and uncles at ease. We got settled in, and relaxed all the way to the hotel, where the chauffeur was kind enough to stay a few minutes and pose with us all for photos. I knew how easy it could have been to take BART and emerge one block from our hotel. But these people were all in their 80's and had just arrived on separate flights from various states. I knew they'd be tired, and of course we all had luggage. So I veto-d the BART option and looked at taxis. and then LIMOS. Why NOT ??? I do not recall now why I chose Boss Limo, but it seemed reasonable and I could request a specific vehicle. ( I really wanted a black stretch, just for the glamour-impression, ya know ? ) So. Every detail went smoothly. Friendly, on time, no muss no fuss. Thank you all ! My elderly gang comes from a rural immigrant mid-west background. Their only experience with LIMOS is watching Hollywood award shows. Believe me. They understand tractors, but I really wanted them to have a nice San Francisco trip, and BOSS LIMOs started us off with , well, I guess THEE PERFECT START ! I was more than very pleased and impressed, you guys ! My one and only caveat: there was only bottled water available. I've had other limo's where there's a choice of sodas or juices. complimentary, I mean. I do not recall if "champagne" was even offered on the website for an additional charge. Eh ? I suppose most travellers do NOT request Champagne for an airport gig. Oh, it doesn't matter: these people would not know what to DO with Champagne, so just as well. Anyway. FIVE STARS all around. Easy booking, confirmation, my detailed requests 100% fulfilled. I'm sure I tipped the two guys generously. We did not even THINK about our luggage ! That's just how I wanted it. Smooth operation. Kudos ! I would, of course, recommend BOSS to anyone, OK ? BART may indeed be "easy" but YOU GUYS are BETTER ! I know I go on and on and you cannot publish this, but you MAY publish any portion, any "sound-bite" you deem useful or appropriate. You see how once I get started ??? I sing the praises, I'm glad to remember the lovely experience we had with Boss Limo LLC (San Francisco). This review brings back very very pleasant memories of SF and it all started with YOU people from BOSS. Whoever you were. So. a YEAR later ? I'm reviewing your service ? Guess what.
