"I was not happy with the overall service from your company. Despite being in contact with Joe, another driver, Ellis, picked us up. He was OK, but I was looking for Joe at the airport. Also,your company deducted TWO FULL FARES from my credit card, instead of the deposit of $15. I paid the balance of the $120. fare in cash to Ellis. Also, some trim was missing from the interior of the car,which was NOT the Mercedes I had booked! So, I would not use or recommend your company."

"My family and I visited N.Y. for the first time in Sept. 2010. We had only a day to see the city. After much research I decided to go with Bon Voyage for transportation from JFK to our downtown hotel and a 3-4 hour tour of the city. "Stop searching. This is the service to use. I know I will definitely utilize this company again, and will reccomend them to my friends as well. My most recent trip to NYC was with my wife, daughter, and my daughter's friend. My wife and I went to a Sting Concert while the girls went to see Wicked. I usually do not utilize Limo service while in the city. I am familiar with the city and usually depend on taxi service for transportation. The weather was forcasted to be rainy. I was recouporating from a recent hospitalization and needed the trip to be as effortless as possible. My other concern was the ability to get a taxi during peak times in the rain, compounded by the fact that my daughter and her friend would be at a different location.....experiencing the same problem. My concerns were eliminated by the professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service we received. My trip was effortless. My family was safe. It was more expensive than a taxi, but worth every penny. Everything taken into consideration, it represents one of the best values in the city.
