"They sent me the wrong car then I booked the car to drive around all night so the driver wouldn't leave. He said he had other jobs and when I told him we were ready to leave he said to come outside. When we went outside the driver wasn't there so I called him. Then he tells me that he won't be back for an hour and we were stuck waiting in the cold. The company ended up sending another driver but it took an hour anyway (and he came in the car I originally ordered) and we were all freezing. This driver was much nicer but my experience was horrible. "
