"I have never wrote a review before but here it goes. i`ll start by saying i had used bluedrive 10/01/2009 and plan to use them again inspite of the fact that the first yr i used them the bus did not have the colored lights as featured on the web site only white,the bathroom door did not work and we had to stop on hte road,window shade were broke (almost all of them) and the glasse they provide were so cloudy not sure if they were filthy or just cloudy to be safe we drank out of plastic we purchase>by the way is what they say they provide now. anyway i decided to use them again inspite of all the above mentioned mainly because the driver was great. soooooo i booked again on 09/24/2010 for 10/02/2010 with a pick up time for 7:30pm recieieved a voicemail 09/29/2010 stating our driver would pick us up at 9:00pm,called back to see what was going on cause obviously there was a mistake in time and was told that`s what i said and was told previously? first of all there was no way i could have said that cause dinner 9:00pm and at least an hr and 15 mins away not to mention i have a contract that states the same (7:30pm p/u ) the worker continued to state the computer said 9pm, my question was so why did you put me in for 9pm that`s not what we discussed ,after some checking she had the nerve to tell me that "after looking at the history she discovered that the rental before me had decided to go longer? and because it was a wedding that was honered? what about my contract ! only hting she could say was sorry? so i than spoke to the owner who basically told me to go some where else cause i was being difficult when i tried to explain to her that people had takin off work and 9pm would not put us at our destination,she than stated that if they had taken off work than 45mins would not hurt them being that they could have the bus there at 7:45 to 8:00 but not cleaned properly! i would not recommend this company and would be very very careful with dealing with this company. what made this experience even worst the owner( for goodness sakes) did`nt even try to fix the problem or make it right. they pretty much said shut up and get over it .i will take the advice of the owner and take my buisness else where! who wants to deal with a company like this even with a contract you can`t honor your word! wow that says it all about this company."
Limo Service Response: "The vehicle was booked on Saturday afternoon the 24th. The customer was well aware that we had a wedding before hand. The bride changed the drop off time an hour later. We called Mrs. Lenior to let her know of the situation. Mrs Lenior put a deposit down for the 7 hour package and we were giving her the extra 1.5 hours at no charge. She was notified that the vehicle was going to be about an hour late because of the change of the wedding. She screamed and acted absolutely ridiculous!! I let her know that we were sorry but a brides day is EXTREMELY important and we just cant tell her she cant change her times. She was very RUDE and the owner let her know that she was more than welcome to come and get her deposit that she made three days prior and cancel the reservation. It's not about honoring your word it about logistics and trying to be honest with a customer. BlueDrive had this woman's deposit for three days prior to the situation arising. The bride had paid in full over 6 months ago. As a business we had to make a decision and try to do what was right. Sometimes the customer is not always in the right, and screaming, ranting and raging doesn't get you very far. Mrs. Lenior in her quest to get something for free from a bad situation, was polity told that we didn't want to do business with her. Her deposit that we held for three day was refunded."
