"Setting up and confirming the pick-up was confusing, and did not instill confidence that we would be met when we arrived on our late international flight. There was no one waiting in the baggage claim area so I had to call to find out that our driver was waiting outside. He was great. The billing is also confusing. 125% of the total was charged to my card a couple of days before our ride, but instead of a credit of 25% a new charge for the correct amount appeared and the larger charge had been deleted. I don't even know how you do that!"
