"The driver was okay, but they arrived 10 minutes late and we arrived at our scheduled Broadway show late, the limo carpet was dirty, the limo itself was damage outside and the air condition did not work properly. Also, we did not have champagne in the limo as stated."

"I booked this service because of the reviews, but I guess you can't go by reviews. We booked this service for my daughters birthday brunch Since the limo we ordered was broken they sent a hummer instead. Well, we were surprised when it showed up late, smelling like smoke, filthy inside and out with all beer cans, ripped seats! and the sun roof had air coming out of it. Worse, its 12 degrees here in NY/NJ and the Hummer had no HEAT!! The door appeared to be broken and we froze our butts off! When your toes are cold and you are riding in a vehicle, thats telling! We had 5 hours but only used 3. I wanted to get these kids home because that Hummer has seen better days and I did not want to break down on the highway with people's children in 20 degree weather. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere."

We leased a super stretch Hummer for our Annual Holiday Tour through Manhattan, on December 30th. It's a fabulous way to see all that is NYC, at the holidays! Pat, who schedules the reservations, is wonderful and is a pleasure to deal with. She truly cares about her clients and their satisfaction. She is the epitome of customer service. Your "special event" should only be entrusted to Pat and Black Tie. With reasonable rates, you can make a "special event" a "memorable" one by choosing Black Tie Limousine. We've already booked our Christmas reservation for next year with Pat and Black Tie! "

"I cannot speak highly enough of Black Tie Limo of Staten Island. I had contracted them to take my 16 year old daughter and 18 of her friends out for a night in NYC in March 2012. The driver Sal was on time and the Hummer was clean and fully stocked with water and soda. Only my daughter and 1 of her friends had seen the limo prior to that night so when everyone else saw it they all became very excited. Sal did not even get a chance to open the door for the girls; they ran right over and started getting in. Once they were all inside he explained to them how to hook up their IPOD and use the entertainment system. He confirmed the planed stops for the night, made sure a few of the girls had his cell # and let them begin the fun for the night ahead. Sal then turned to me and a few other parents who came to see the girls off and reassured us that he would take care of them like family. Answered any concerns from anyone and also gave his cell # and said if at any point anyone wanted to check feel free. With that he got in and drove away. The Girls didn’t get home till 1am and said they had a great time. The next morning they couldn’t stop raving on how the Hummer Limo made the night. They said “We Felt Like Rock Stars". They loved that they created their own playlist on the IPOD for that night. Booking the Limo was so easy. Pat was there any time I had a question. She was so help full and one of the reasons we chose Black Tie Limo. They also had a great price. Great Costumer Service + Awesome Limo + Good Price = Great Time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any reason. I know we will be using them again the future. "Black Tie Limo was great. The customer service Rep was sweet, and very helpful. The Limo driver Frank called and hour before he was to arrive to confirm addresses, He arrived a half hour early, and he was very courteous, and attentive. He took pictures of us by the limo. He helped to make my wedding day very special. The only problem was the limo was in need of a wash, and the sunroof had tape on it, which wasn't very appealing, but I'm prettty tall, so I don't think most people noticed."
