"I cannot speak highly enough of Black Tie Limo of Staten Island. I had contracted them to take my 16 year old daughter and 18 of her friends out for a night in NYC in March 2012. The driver Sal was on time and the Hummer was clean and fully stocked with water and soda. Only my daughter and 1 of her friends had seen the limo prior to that night so when everyone else saw it they all became very excited. Sal did not even get a chance to open the door for the girls; they ran right over and started getting in. Once they were all inside he explained to them how to hook up their IPOD and use the entertainment system. He confirmed the planed stops for the night, made sure a few of the girls had his cell # and let them begin the fun for the night ahead. Sal then turned to me and a few other parents who came to see the girls off and reassured us that he would take care of them like family. Answered any concerns from anyone and also gave his cell # and said if at any point anyone wanted to check feel free. With that he got in and drove away. The Girls didn’t get home till 1am and said they had a great time. The next morning they couldn’t stop raving on how the Hummer Limo made the night. They said “We Felt Like Rock Stars". They loved that they created their own playlist on the IPOD for that night. Booking the Limo was so easy. Pat was there any time I had a question. She was so help full and one of the reasons we chose Black Tie Limo. They also had a great price. Great Costumer Service + Awesome Limo + Good Price = Great Time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any reason. I know we will be using them again the future. I was amazed at how much more gorgeous the car looked in person. The driver, Joe was an absolute pleasure to talk to, extremely courteous, and was excellent with the kids. "thought the service was very punctual and helpful-nick the driver went above and beyond to help one of my party who uses a walker, to get in and out of the car safely. despite the holiday traffic he got us to our destination on time and called me via cell to alert me if he needed to move the limo due to traffic enforcement. would definitely reccommend to all of my friends. rates were very reasonable and bar was stocked with champagne, wine, soda and water."

"Black Tie Limo was great. The customer service Rep was sweet, and very helpful. The Limo driver Frank called and hour before he was to arrive to confirm addresses, He arrived a half hour early, and he was very courteous, and attentive. He took pictures of us by the limo. He helped to make my wedding day very special. The only problem was the limo was in need of a wash, and the sunroof had tape on it, which wasn't very appealing, but I'm prettty tall, so I don't think most people noticed."
