We ended up needing a second car because we had luggage which did not fit, even though we did call limos. com beforehand to number and specify all our luggage. That's okay, maybe a little of miscalculation on the sizes of the boxes. Things like that happen. Thanks so much!"

"I will be submitting a personal complaint for E37J6A. My driver was 15-20min late and I did not receive any texts nor calls indicating he would be late. I did not complain, but now that I'm writing my expense report, I see that I was charged an additional $19.62 because of a pick up wait time. I have texts to show me asking when the driver will be coming to pick me up and HE has the nerve to charge ME. I do not ever want this driver coming to pick me up EVER. VERY UPSET AND ANGRY. "
