"We used Big City Limo for a friends birthday. The driver was helpful, courteous, personable, and looked out for all in the party. We had no specific plans but the pick up and drop off, and the driver had lots of ideas and took us to different spots; and we had a blast! I would definately recommed BCL in the future."

"NEVER BOOK WITH BIG CITY LIMO!!!!!! I booked a 15 passenger limo bus for our wedding. Everything was going good till I talked to the "manager" a month before our wedding. First of all he was rude!!! I work in customer service and if I treated my customers like this I would no longer have a job or a business. He then proceeded to tell me that my final payment was late and that if I didn't get the payment to them A.S.A.P. that they would give my reservation away.( Which was not late) This is after I put down a deposit. Then the wedding day rolled around. My personal attendent came up to me during pictures and said that the limo was not going to make it to the church to pick up the bridal party cause is "started on fire". And that "the manager" was going to send 2 limo cars to the next stop to pick us up. Well I did not pay for 2 limo "cars". They finally showed up an hour later than what the "manager had stated. We had to split up our bridal party, which is not fun. Then there was no IPOD hook up that we really really wanted. The one driver slammed the best mans arm in the door. Then we left driveway and he was spinning the tires, he ran a stop sign, and almost rear ended the car in front of us to turn to go to take pictures. Then to put the topping on the cake, we came out of the bar and one of the cars was gone. I asked the other driver where he went and he told me the gas station. Wrong answer to tell the bride. So the Monday after the wedding I called and talk to the owner and he said the bus never started on fire. The driver did a neutral drop with the bus and blew the u-joints out. So he said he was going to send me a check for half of what I had already paid him. We FINALLY got the check 1 month after the wedding. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They do not hold their word and have crappy drivers!!!!!!!"

"Big City Limousine is the WORST excuse for service ever. I booked a round trip to & from the airport on limo.com. Their "manager" called me day of departure to tell me they didn't usually book half-hour trips at the price on limos.com but after some grumbling about the distance from their home base, he agreed to pick us up & take us to the airport at the quoted & confirmed price. He arrived for the pick-up a half hour late, claiming he was stuck in non-existant traffic (we checked...there was none). He got us to the airport and promised to pick us up at 5:30AM when our flight returned several days later. Our flight landed early but we did not call at that time because he told us he would monitor the flight & be there. 5:30AM came and went and no car! I called the number he left & WOKE HIM UP at 5:45. He first denied that he had the pick up then gave some lame excuse that he put it on his calendar at 5:30 PM in stead of 5:30AM. I thanked him for nothing & had to get a cab home. I filed a complaint with the BBB and his response was that I was rude!!! Imagine a tired woman from an over-night flight not being the happy & friendly when my driver stood me up! I believe he had no intention of honoring the reservation and did not care that we were left standing in the airport. Never...never..never use this miserable service. BTW the glowing commented that was posted has the initials JC...just a coincidence that those are the owner of Big City's initials??"
Limo Service Response: "My name is Miller Wallace and I am the current Manager of Big City Limousine. I received Mrs. Sirovina's One Click reservation through Limos.com and I called her before I confirmed the reservation. I wanted to know how she was able to book a airport transfer ride, round trip, for half price. I was trying to make sure my company was setting our fares properly with the booking agent. I explained this to Mrs. Sirovina and I also told her I would honor the price she was quoted. She was charged a $4.50 booking fee each way by limos.com and my company was to receive $30.50 net each way for this round trip airport transfer. On the day I picked up her and her husband from their home, her scheduled pick up time was 5:00pm. There was a wreck on the freeway during rush hour traffic, which caused traffic to literally come to a standstill on I45 S. traveling from our garage to her home. I called Mrs. Sirovina and advised her about the traffic situation . I arrived at her home at 5:30pm. I transported her and her husband to the airport quickly and safely and they arrived with more than an hour before their flight was scheduled to depart. Mr. Sirovina paid me $35.00 cash for the service to the airport from their home. My company never charged their credit card for the price of either airport transfer. The only conversation with Mrs. Sirovina during this first ride was that" they were only concerned about being on time for their 7:55pm flight." She never made any complaint about the way I was driving to me. I did tell Mrs. Sirovina that I would honor the pricing she obtained through limos.com and I also told her when I dropped her and her husband off curbside at the airport in Milwaukee, WI that I would pick them up from the airport in one week. I accidently made a mistake when I placed her second airport transfer ride on my company calender. I scheduled her and her husband to be pick ed up at 5:30pm instead of 5:30am. I never realized I had made this mistake. The week past, and the morning Mrs. Sirovina and her husband arrived at the airport I was not there to pick them up. I had incorrectly scheduled them to be picked up that day30pm. Mrs. Sirovina called me from the airport and that was the first time I realized I had made a mistake when scheduling their pick up time. I did not intentionally fail to pick her and her husband as she has claimed. I understand that she was upset about my failing to pick her up. I apologized to her for my mistake and explained that by the time I could obtain a car from by company and arrive at the airport to pick her up it would be over an hour. I informed Mrs. Sirovina that my company had never charged her for picking her up at the airport that morning and I suggested she take a taxi home, as it would be much faster for her. She spoke in a loud and abusive tone of voice to me and screamed " Thanks for nothing" into the phone and hung up. She claims her taxi ride home from the airport cost her $40.00. That is $5.00 more than she paid our company for limousine service to the airport. She has made a demand to the Better Business Bureau that our company should not only pay her for her taxi service home, but that our company should refund her the $35.00 she paid our company for the limousine service we provided her and her husband to the airport. And she has demanded a written apology from me personally for my " rudeness". When she complained to the Better Busines Bureau, she claimed "my driving was erratic and dangerous and that I cut people off in traffic." If my driving was as bad as she claimed, then why did she want me to pick her up and take her home from the airport? I am completely unaware of how I was rude to Mrs. Sirovina or her husband at any time. I do apologize to her and her husband for my mistake in scheduling their pick up time incorrectly. The mistake was mine alone and I do regret having made a mistake and any inconvenience I may have caused Mr. and Mrs. Sirovina. I would never intentionally strand anyone by promising to pick them up and intentionally fail to do so. Mr. and Mrs. Sirovina paid my company a total of $35.00 cash for the first airport transfer from their home to the airport. They were safely taken to the airport and done so in time to make their scheduled departing flight. My company owes them no refund for the service they received at literally half off the standard rate for that service. Mr. and Mrs. Sirovina never paid my company anything for the airport transfer ride from the airport back to their home. Because of my mistake my company failed to provide a car to pick them up at the airport. They had to pay taxi cab fair to get home, instead of being able to receive limousine service at a 50% discount for less money.. As they never paid my company any funds of any kind for this service, we owe them nothing as a refund. However, I am willing to offer Mr. and Mrs. Sirovina free, round trip airport transfer service from their home in Milwaukee, WI to Gen. Mitchell Int. Airport and back the next time they travel. I cannot correct my personal mistake in incorrectly scheduling their time of pick up at the airport. I can offer this free airport service as a gesture of good will on my behalf and on behalf of my company. 9/10/11- Miller Wallace, Manager Big City Limousine"

"********DO NOT BOOK********** I paid $566.00 in total ($88.00 for 1hr 8 passage and $489.00 3hrs limo bus) and did not get the limo bus l had originally selected for my wedding day. The first limo driver got lost twice to and from the church causing the groom and groomsmen to arrive at the church at 3:30pm which cause them to be late for the wedding. I put a cooler in the first limo and told the driver to put it in the limo bus. This was never done and the cooler was dropped off at the hall. The bus was dirty with shoe marks on the ceiling. I was very embarrassed to have my wedding party on that bus along with the fact that we had no drinks because the first driver never put the cooler on the bus. I didn't get the bus that l originally paid for which had the wrap around seating. (Emailed and called the company and no one was willing to help. the "manger" stated I just started working here on Thursday and you could be making this up!) ************* DON'T BOOK THEM******************** BBB A- rating and 4 closed complaint*****************"

"Terrible experience. I called them for a Packer game trip and they never showed up. To add insult to injury, they billed me $600 and I had to call them a week later to get the charges reversed."
Limo Service Response: "Our driver was 25 minutes late due to a new construction and was unable to find their house, talked to the client and they cancelled service. Their credit card was refunded once the charge was credited to our account. "
