"Everything with Barr's on a whole was fine; except I had specifically called and asked that the driver be prepared to set up a birthday dvd that I had for us to watch. He seemed to make every effort including calling the company to get help...But, they were unable to play the dvd for us. This was disappointing; especially since I had called ahead of time. The cooler of ice with waters per my request was provided. The driver was very quiet, yet seemed nice."
