"Driver showed up early, but did not mind waiting until the scheduled time as we were not queit ready. Unfortunately our suitcases didn't all fit in the trunk of the car, a Chrysler 300, so one of the suitcases rode in the front seat while the three of us squeezed into the back seat for the hour ride to the airport. Thus only a very good rating. We made it to the airport with plenty of time to make our flight. For the ride back we requested a larger car that would accommodate all of our luggage in the trunk."

"The vehicle was exactly as ordered, the driver was on time, he was friendly and accomodating. He called to let us know where to meet him when our flight arrived, it was easy to locate him and was a most comfortable trip."
