On the day of my event the Chauffeur name Mike arrived on time, the Chrysler Limo was in excellant condition.. Mike was awesome, upon my request he gave me a great idea which was to visit the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles that was a wonderful experience. "I have been renting limos and part buses for about 6 years now for different events, and simply put, I have never had a better experience with a limo company then I did with Awesome Limousines. The bus was immaculate. Lisa, the driver was amazing! She was so professional, nice, and not to mention very patient with us. I strongly recommend this company, and would also recommend you specifically request Lisa as your driver. It was just such an awesome experience! I will definitely use them again, if they had a frequent user membership I would get it!"

"On 10/11, I inquired about a sedan, for 2 people, to be taken from the San Diego airport to the Lowe's Hotel in Coronado, CA. Everyone had quotes from $50 - $75. I contacted Awesome Limousines because i saw a quote for $54. Art, in reservations, quoted me $120. He said it was round trip and inclusive of tip.... so i booked it. I called back, an hour later, to confirm that this was, indeed round trip. He said yes. The next day, I called again as i never rec'd an email confirmation. He assured me it was all fine. I was picked up by Ed, (driver) in a limo. When I said, I did not order a limo, he said, "i never know what they give me". At the destination, i was talking about the round trip, and he said, "The $120 is for only one way." He charged me $123. (why the extra $3, who knows?) We immediately called and spoke with a woman (don't know her name) and she said "we only used limo's." Not true, but Ed witnessed that conversation. I called back and spoke with Andy, Manager. The most unprofessional man i have ever spoken too. I believe Art, accidently misquoted, misrepresented his service, and i was asking for a reimbursement of $60 so it would be fair. I cannot repeat what he said here, but leave it to suffice, the answer is no. I travel alot. I run 2 businesses. I have never run into a more rude and arrogant man. He was insistent that I was wrong, yet he never even attempted to talk to Art, or check his facts. Very unprofessional service. I have filed a complaint with the Public Utilites Commission of CA, Intrastate Transportation. This was misrepresented from the beginning and it does not reflect well on Limo's.com."

"A+++ all they way. Limo arrived on time, early actually. Took us right to dinner. Car was waiting when we came out and we jumped back in and went home. "This limo company is the worst i have ever seen. I went down to the main office to see the cars and pick one out. Andy Wagner the owner was there and showed me a few cars. He showed me an amazing Chrysler 300 limo. It was beautiful. I told him I needed the limo for my young daughters birthday party just to pick them up at a hair salon and drop them off at our house. the limo was there on time but was the wrong car. A much cheaper horrible looking car. It was NOT the beautiful Chrysler 300 Limo I had reserved. We got into the car and the car smelled like Marijuana....REALLY BAD. So I have 7 young ladies in this horrible car that smelt like weed. On monday I called Andy and told him what happened and he did not care at all. All he told me was "sometimes things happen" and would not let me talk. He had the worst attitude I have ever seen out of an owner. He got very upset with me and said he couldn't be bothered with this right now and would call me back later."

"I was extremely disappointed with this limousine company. My boyfriend had gone through them to provide transportation for us and a few friends to go from the Temecula Valley to downtown San Diego for my 23rd birthday. The driver called us to let us know that he was going to be 30 minutes late, 15 minutes before he was to arrive and ended up being 45 minutes late instead. Usually we are laid back people and would not have been too upset about the situation, but we were on a list to get into the Hardrock Hotel's club, Float, which waved the $20 per person cover charge. So, not only did my boyfriend pay for the limousine, but was also having to shell out another $140+ in cover chargers. On top of that, the interior of the limo was dirty {i.e. drinking cups had residue, alcohol bottles had gray matter in the bottom of them, etc.} and the "Happy Birthday" decorations that were promised were no where in sight. Thus the next day being Easter, my boyfriend attempted to contact them to discuss our complaints and dissatisfaction of the service, but just as he assumed, they were not open. He called again everyday for the next week, being passed off from person to person, being promised that it would be taken care of, and given countless excuses as to why no one was contacting him. Someone FINALLY contacted him after a dozen more phone calls on his part and a week and a half later. They told him that there was nothing they could do about the situation and that he was still expected to pay the full amount of $360 that they had priced for him. They apparently had already done payroll for the month's employees {payroll was on the 16th and my boyfriend had started calling them way back on the 13th...thus again their fault}. And that was that. Nothing more. So as you can see, this company has zero customer service, does not keep up their end of the "verbal contract" and will avoid any sort of phone call after the event. I have been in countless limousines and town cars and never once have I ever been disappointed. Be wise if you still feel as though they are ones to use."
