"I rented the Party Bus from Avia for my sister and her fiance's bachelor/bachelorette party. From the beginning when I had to program the first address into the GPS for the driver, I felt like I was having to pay more attention to him than enjoying myself with the group. Not only did he make wrong turns, but I felt like he took longer routes to get to our destinations. I just expected someone who was supposed to be a professional driver in Birmingham to know more about the area and not depend on me and the groom-to-be to get around the city. And I certainly would not have given a 20% tip if it wasn't included in the contract. I also was under the impression that there was to be some beer and wine already on the bus which the driver knew nothing about. Although the interior of the bus was nice with the lighting and sound system, it was a very rough ride because we felt ever bump on the road! When I contacted the owner and gave him all the complaints above, he simply replied that he would give me a $69 credit for not having the alcohol and thanked me again for my business...ignoring all other complaints.
