"These people are the worst. I scheduled a pickup time of 4:50 to take my family and I to John Wayne Airport and the driver showed up fifteen minutes late. Not only was he late, but when I called the office to ask if he was on his way there was nobody manning the phone. Sadly, this was my "good" experience with this company. Today I flew in from Telluride and my connection to Phoenix was delayed so I called up the company and gave them my new flight number and departure time. When we finally landed at John Wayne after a hectic day of delayed holiday travel, the limo driver was nowhere to be found; mind you, I confirmed several times with the company's dispatch that the driver would be at the baggage claim with a sign. After calling their dispatch several times, while my family and I were waiting at the baggage claim, they assured me their driver was in the terminal. After 20 minutes of trying to find this guy, he finally showed up. I asked him where he had been and told him we were looking for him to which he responded by telling me it was ridiculous my plane was delayed and then asked me smugly, "Do you need me to hold your hand and get the luggage for you?" The man was so rude and abrupt that my father told him that was uncalled for and if he kept it up we'd dismiss him. His response to this was, "Fine, I'm already here how else are you gonna' get home!" Needless to say we dismissed him and we had to take a cab after a hectic day of travel only made worse by this company. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE SERVICE FROM SMUG DRIVERS THAT WILL A) SHOW UP LATE AND B) LEAVE YOU AT THE AIRPORT."

"Richard was great. On time, stuck to his price, and very courteous. He accepted a last minute reservation which can be a problem sometimes. He got us to LAX from Anaheim without any problems. Car was clean, and in good shape. Richard was way better than the company that picked us up from the airport and took us to Anaheim several days before. "

We used their services to go from Orange County to LAX, he arrived on time, the limo was in good condition and there were drinks for my husband, myself and my 2 children.
