"I reserved this company online through limos.com. After reserving, the DAY of my pick up, I was contacted to tell me that they could not/would not honor the price quoted and reserved. I was forced to find another company with all of the other obligations I had on the day of my event, with absolutely no apology or care from this company. Not only did not honor the price quoted, they were rude when they spoke to me, and insinuated I was an idiot for thinking the quoted price was correct. They ruined my day and I plan on contacting the better business bureau regarding this incident, as I have documentation proving reservations at the quoted price."

Our driver Andrew was incredible: friendly and attentive to our needs. He made sure everyone had a good time, and even helped me get our iPod working on their sound system by hooking it up in the drivers comparment and taking playlist directions from us!
