"I should have read the reviews before using the company. If I could choose zero rating I would. I rented a hummer H3 stretch for my birthday and we planned this for a months. We made reservations for dinner in Dc. after waiting 20 minutes I called the company the Limousine was no where to be found. Then after 45 minutes still no Limousine. I was very disappointed that I was late to my own birthday party, my friends and family came from out of town and we did not even make it to our dinner reservations the whole night was ruined. Needless to say I should have seen the price and saw the red flags.This ended up being the worst experience ever me and my family had to drive ourselves. I will not reffer this company to anyone as their is no guarantee you will get a Limo. Jim l - Washington Dc"

"I just wanted to say how much impressed we were with the service your driver, Baig, provided last night. He was right on time and the car was immaculate. But that is only half of it. His driving may just have saved our lives. As we were going down a country road near Great Falls, VA, an oncoming car swerved into our lane and were it not for Baig would probably have hit us. With the reflexes of a NASCAR driver or Hollywood stuntman, he swerved the big Lincoln onto the shoulder of the road, just missed going into a ditch and had us back on the road safe and sound. He then apologized for the bumpy ride. Thanks, Atlas. We will use you services again.

"Driver arrived 5 min late. He did not smile. He did not make any of us feel special in any way, which is partially why most people book such services for special events. Water was provided, but not enough for 14 people in a 14 passenger van (less than one glass per person per way). The driver was upset when the itinerary was discussed (despite reviewing all details with the dispatcher the day prior). He was helpful in finding a close pick up spot after the event though. However, he did not assess which route during friday afternoon rush hour would be better (which could easily have been done using his GPS or even my android map app) and chose the one with a 2 mile back up. As we are very familiar with the roads and routes, we requested he take an earlier exit to avoid the highway to which he agreed but with resistance. We were pleased with the vehicle itself and it's cleanliness and comfort. Would book with this company but NEVER with this driver."

I can not express how grateful I am for your assistance today.
After trying many options to secure timely transportation for our daughter who needed to get from DC Reagan to DC Dulles in a short amount of time (we did not realize that she was landing in a different airport than where she needed to take off from until she boarded her first flight); I contacted Atlas Limo and Sedan and was almost instantly relieved.
"Eric" was so helpful, going out of his way to arrange a ride for her immediately. Furthermore, he provided me with the assurance that he understood my dilemma and that Atlas could assist us in a timely manner. Every other agency I spoke with responded with comments like....that is not enough time; no, we can not arrange transportation quickly enough; no, I don't know of any other options etc. I truly felt his goal was to meet our needs and that he communicated that our daughter would be cared for. He clearly explained how she could connect with the driver,etc. Great thanks to the driver as well! As soon as she landed, the driver contacted her and within minutes she was on her way to Dulles. I have talked to her and she has arrived at Dulles in time for check in.
As I previously said, I can not express how grateful I am!
