Baseball games and hospitals from Boston to Providence and NYC. Contract rates are available from ninety days to a year. We offer a concierge service for hotels, resturaunts tours and other travel arrangements.

"To celebrate a 50th birthday I contracted with this company to take a group of 9 people to Boston for dinner. Five minutes before we're supposed to leave I get a call from the limo driver that he's running late. Not helpful when you're trying to arrange a "surprise" party. The Limo finally arrives 30 minutes late, not too bad. Unfortunately the champagne that was promised is nowhere to be found, good thing I was prepared with my own. The following is the condolences I received from Mike Walsh the owner: .........................."The car had been on a wedding previous to your engagement. Traffic had played with our arrivial time up on RT128. We did the best we could under the circumstance. The champagne was on the house I wished you'd had got it . I will check with Joe. He assured me had the champagne was with him. He may have left it in the other limo when he swapped."......................................Gee you would never think to prepare for those types of issues when running a limo service, go figure! If you rent here look for a lot of excuses, they're certainly not going to give you back your money or relinquish any of the built in tip. "
Limo Service Response: "Well you got me the car was 10 mins late and the chauffeur left the champagne in the other limo . The chauffeur called 15 mins ahead of time. I noticed he left out the fact that I sent another limo which was closer as a back up to his location. All lost time was made up and then some at no charge and the chauffeur offered to buy the bottle of champagne at the store around the corner. Full service was given and overtime . He was offer a discount certificate for a future service. Sorry nothing maid this cutomer happy."

"Where do I begin -- what a nightmare! We had reserved Atlantic Limo for a girl's night out to a show in Boston. On the ride up to the show, we noticed that the A/C did not work and the driver was less than pleasant. On the ride home, the driver informed us that one of his driver's did not show up to pick up other customers at the airport, so we had to pick up four additional people at the airport and bring them back to Cape Cod! We were not asked, we were told. After waiting an hour or more at the airport, we picked up four additional people. The driver then asked us to get out of the car so he could put these people in the middle, to redistribute the weight of the vehicle. They were seated in the middle of the limo so we were unable to interact with our group. We were also promised Champagne as part of our package. Unfortunately, the driver forgot to bring the champagne, so we didn't get that either. The best part is, the owner, Michael Walsh, tried to charge us for these additional hours. When chosing a limo company, I would steer very clear of this company!!!!"
Limo Service Response: "This turned into a mess. The Pearson party was a last minute reschedule from a previous canceled appointment. She called me in my Hospital room where I was recovering ..Do tell!! She's a hospital adminstrator. Patients needs??? or client wants?? First the A/C is controled from the rear cabin area. This is a client controled device . It worked fine if you turned on the fan and went to max ac. This was beyond comprehension for some reason. The chauffeur did forgot the champagne. If reminded by the party he would of stopped and got it. It didin't seem to effect anyones spirits with all the other booze they brought. The scheduled 6 hour trip was now going into 6.5 hours. The chauffeur for the other airprot service was a no show , Without my knowlewdge the chauffeur for the Pearson party took it upon himself to p/u the airprot party. Wrong move ! Even though I was in the hospital . I had a back up Town Car service on stand by in the event of this situation. My chauffeur did p/u the airprot party and delayed the Pearsaon party 30 mins or less . Even though this was a 14 passenger it was still uncomfortable with the extra luggage. I was made aware of the situation by a txt msg from a passenger in the limo. I called the chauffeur immediately and had another limo meet them along the way to sperate the parties. Niether party was happy after that but no one was left with out a ride . The Pearson rate was discounted by $15 an hour to start . There service without any wait time would of been 8 hours . Her total $640.00 plus gratuity.(+15%) She paid a total of $290.00 and no gratuity for the chauffeur. She paid less then half of the actual cost and didn't become unhappy until she went over her scheduled own time limit 6 hours.. The chauffeur was trying to act resposnible. He was also looking out for a sick boss. He still should of cleared with me, which would of prevented all of the above ,even the AC problem. Besides his 2/3 loss of pay for the night and my displeasure with him. I 've decided to keep him. He has learned the most important lesson of all!! NO GOOD DEED WILL GO UNPUNISHED. You can count on it!! To our wonderful 900 plus customers, we will conrtinue to try to do our best. Were not perfect yet!!!! THANK YOU"

"We used Atlantic this past weekend for my son's Prom. He and 13 of his friends had a terrific first experience! From the very first call to Mike Walsh to the moment Joe dropped off the kids we had nothing but praise for the service. Joe was impeccable in his timing and his appearance. We couldn't help but notice that out of the scores of limos dropping kids off at the prom that just Joe and one other driver had Tuxedos on! By far the most professional service we saw that evening. Additionally, the Excursion we rented was immaculate. The kids were in awe! You just gained 14 new potential customers. On top of all this we heard the next day that Joe had a family crisis that many would have called out for…but knowing that there would be no one else to fill in he managed to still make it to the pickup location on time…never showing once any personal concerns. By the way Joe…The Kids send the following message….”You Rock!” On behalf of all the kids and their parents…Thanks for everything! "

"We had never taken a limo to any show, I always was the driver for our excursions. We had a wonderful time. The limo was prompt & very comfortable. Our driver was Mike & he was very wonderful to all of us & very courteous. It was a fantastic price with a free upgrade from a 10 passenger to a 14 passenger limo. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us to be able to enjoy our time. It was a very memorable 1st time in a limo for myself & I know we plan on using this service again for another outing."
