"My car was 30 minutes late and could not find the address. My issue is with the dispatcher. Instead of understanding my situation and helping the driver find my location, he was rude, angry and accused me of giving the wrong address...which was not true. Instead of trying to understand the office building location, he was more interested in yelling at me and telling me the address did not exist. He was wrong...the address is of a national corporation and business. The driver was very committed to finding the address and was eventually successful. He did manage to get me to the airport 45 minutes from my flight departure time and I appreciated his sincere efforts and apology for the confusion. My issue is with the dispatcher and I will never book with ATL Limo again. "

"I had my family vacation in June 2012 and used Atl Limousines service. I was picked up on time however was given rude service. The driver did not help load the bags, the SUV had his personal papers around which he had to pick up before we could sit down, he was not dressed professionally and his hygiene was horrible. From Jamaica I called and let my concerns be heard and it was totally dismissed. Upon my arrival I was left at the airport even though I called the day before to confirm. I highly advise going with another company. Shame on you Atl Limousine!!"

The car was always on time.The car was very clean and nice smelling. The driver was very courteous and well informed about the city. The price was very reasonable and service was exceptional. "coming from newyork to a meeting in atlanta i was worried about my ride but i called limos.com and they provided me the service through atl limousine when i came out of the terminal the driver was there with my name sign when i reached the car surprised to see executive SUV instead of a town car they upgraded me free of any cost .the car was nice and clean .i must say thumbs up to atl limousine and limos.com"
