"Randy was GREAT! Genuine, courteous, and respectful. A really pleasure to deal with. The only negative was the booking and customer serivce process. I found it confusing. Instead of asking for an itinerary from the customer, you might want to ask if there would be any stops the customer would like to include in the tour. Asking the customer for an itinerary made it seem like Aries had no clue where I wanted to go. I booked a Holiday Lights Tour. Also, an issue with calling in to customer service to confirm. I gave my confirmation number and was told that would not help find my reservation. I needed to tell them when I booked the limousine. I am not sure how that makes sense. Regardless, the actual holiday lights tour and Randy more than made up for the customer service issues. Thank you Randy!"
